We will ship most in-stock items within two business days or less, but please be aware that promotions and sales can occasionally cause delays. Your chosen shipping method affects the amount of time it will take to receive your order--we typically ship orders from Monday to Saturday (with holidays excluded)..

 

Depending on the country of origin, pre-orders can take anywhere from 10 to 18 days to be processed through customs and delivered. Once your order has been released to us by customs, we will arrange to deliver it within 1 - 4 business days depending on your location. However, during sales or promotions, there may be delays in processing.

 

We will usually ship orders to the address provided when the order was placed. If you need it delivered somewhere else, please contact customer service at 0778348800 as soon as possible.

If you have a Zim Shoppe account, you can update your shipping and billing addresses for future orders by logging in and selecting Address Book.

  • No matter your location in Zimbabwe, our goal is to ensure your order arrives directly to your doorstep. If you are based in Harare or any of the surrounding areas, our friendly delivery team can get your order to you within 1-2 days. If you don't live in the area, no problem! We will send your purchase to you with FedEx. The shipment will normally arrive within 2-4 days, depending on the distance from our location.
