When will my order ship? - For Orders Readily Available ( In Stock)

We will ship most in-stock items within two business days or less, but please be aware that promotions and sales can occasionally cause delays. Your chosen shipping method affects the amount of time it will take to receive your order--we typically ship orders from Monday to Saturday (with holidays excluded).

When will my order ship? - Pre - Orders

Depending on the country of origin, pre-orders can take anywhere from 10 to 18 days to be processed through customs and delivered. Once your order has been released to us by customs, we will arrange to deliver it within 1 - 4 business days depending on your location. However, during sales or promotions, there may be delays in processing.

Can I change the address on my order?

We will usually ship orders to the address provided when the order was placed. If you need it delivered somewhere else, please contact customer service at 0778348800 as soon as possible. If you have a Zim Shoppe account, you can update your shipping and billing addresses for future orders by logging in and selecting Address Book.

What are my delivery options?

No matter your location in Zimbabwe, our goal is to ensure your order arrives directly to your doorstep. If you are based in Harare or any of the surrounding areas, our friendly delivery team can get your order to you within 1-2 days. If you don't live in the area, no problem! We will send your purchase to you with FedEx. The shipment will normally arrive within 2-4 days, depending on the distance from our location.

What happens if a product is missing from my shipment?

How do I track my order online?

To track your order online, simply visit our website and enter your order number into the "Track Your Order" tool. This will provide you with the latest information on the status of your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account and selecting "My Orders". If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible so they get to you faster. This means we cannot cancel an order after the shipping process has begun. We will do our best to process cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Cancellation requests submitted after the shipping process has begun will most likely not go through

Personal shopping is a service that we offer that enables us to shop from different websites or stores in the United States on your behalf for a fee. When will my order ship to Zimbabwe and how long will it take?

Most online stores take an average of 3-5 days to deliver your order to our warehouse in the United States To be able to offer you reasonable rates we are currently bulk shipping to Zimbabwe twice a month on the 1st and the 15th of each month. We ship via FedEx or DHL and it normally takes 4-5 days for our shipments to arrive in Harare once they leave the United States. Once we have been cleared with customs we try to deliver within the next 2 business days.

How do I collect my order once it is ready

We will notify you once your order is ready. Harare residents can arrange free pickup in CBD or home delivery for an extra fee Residents outside Harare can choose a courier of their choice to have their goods sent to them.

What is UBM's return policy?

We hope you enjoy your purchase. All sales are final on international orders, except when there is a fulfillment error by UBM If a return is accepted, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used at UBM.com No refunds will be granted.
