When will my order ship? - For Orders Readily Available ( In Stock)

Orders readily available (in stock) may take up to 2 business days to process. Orders may take longer to process during sales and promotions. Shipment times will vary based on the shipping method and time that you select for your order. We ship and deliver orders Monday through Saturday, except on holidays.

When will my order ship? - International Orders

International orders may take up to 18 days to arrive to the destination country. After your order has been processed we will deliver within 2 business days. Orders may take longer to process during sales and promotions

Can I change the address on my order?

Once an order has been completed, we will plan to deliver it to the shipping address that was originally provided. If this is not the case please contact customer service ASAP on 0778348800 If you create a UBM account, you can update your shipping and billing addresses for future orders by logging in and selecting Address Book.

What are my delivery options?

Courier – We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in Zimbabwe. All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you at checkout; Collect – You can choose to collect from CBD in your city or any pickup point near you.

What happens if a product is missing from my shipment?

If you received an incomplete delivery you can notify us here and we will be in touch ASAP

How do I track my order online?

Once we’ve received your order from our suppliers, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details. If in doubt, contact us. Please note: The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorisation code. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account. For cheque deposits, this means once the funds have been cleared, which is usually only 7 days after the deposit. Business days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number for the shipment. In most cases your shipment will be bundled with other orders to save on shipping costs allowing us to give you our customer better prices. Can I cancel my order?

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible so they get to you faster. This means we cannot cancel an order after the shipping process has begun. We will do our best to process cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Cancellation requests submitted after the shipping process has begun will most likely not go through

When will my order ship to Zimbabwe and how long will it take?

Most online stores take an average of 3-5 days to deliver your order to our warehouse in the United States To be able to offer you reasonable rates we are currently bulk shipping to Zimbabwe twice a month on the 1st and the 15th of each month. We ship via FedEx or DHL and it normally takes 4-5 days for our shipments to arrive in Harare once they leave the United States. Once we have been cleared with customs we try to deliver within the next 2 business days.

How do I collect my order once it is ready

We will notify you once your order is ready. Harare residents can arrange free pickup in CBD or home delivery for an extra fee Residents outside Harare can choose a courier of their choice to have their goods sent to them.

What is UBM's return policy?

We hope you enjoy your purchase. All sales are final on international orders, except when there is a fulfillment error by UBM If a return is accepted, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used at UBM.com No refunds will be granted.
